Every variation priced, signed and paid, without the email chase.

Your client asks once, in their own words. Ivary prices it from your price book or your trades' quotes, drafts the paperwork, gets it signed and paid before any work starts, and files the record. You approve every step.

One manual process, automated end to end.

Your client asks once, in their own words. Everything after that drafts itself, and you approve every step.

Priced on the spot from your price book

Anything in the book is priced the moment the client picks it, at the rates for their stage of the build. Anything else goes to your trades for quotes and comes back with your margin added.

The paperwork drafts itself. You edit it, then approve.

The variation document, the offer to the client and the work orders for each trade are drafted from the request. Click any line to change it. Nothing reaches a client or a sub without your approval.

Signed and paid before any work starts

The client signs and pays on their phone, in the same place they asked. Money only moves when you approve it, and the trades get their work orders in one click.

Every document filed under its variation

The request, the quotes, the signed offer, the work orders and the invoices, in order, as they arrive. When a dispute or a tribunal asks, export the record in one click.

A variation, start to finish, in seven steps.

One variation, replayed from the client's first words to the filed record. You approve every step. Nothing goes to a client or a sub without your say-so.

01The client asks in plain words

From your price book or as a custom change, on the portal that carries your name or by email. It lands as a request against the job, not a phone call to piece together later.

Stage 01 of 07

A portal that carries your name, or the inbox you already have.

Your choice. Give clients a portal under your brand, or keep taking requests by email. Either way, from a client or a subcontractor, it ends the same: priced, signed and paid before any work starts. You approve every step.

01Priced the moment they pick it

Anything in your price book shows its price and its extra days before the client asks, at the rates for their stage of the build.

Step 01 of 03

Built for the way you build, homes, units or commercial.

The same lane prices, signs and files a home upgrade, a purchaser's change to an apartment or a commercial variation order. You approve every step.

Questions builders ask before they hand over a price book.

Short answers on your portal, your trades, your data and the trial.

Good. Ivary is the change lane beside it, not a replacement. Clients keep using your portal for the build, variations run through Ivary, and the record can feed back into your portal.

Whoever does it now. We can walk your team through Ivary in person and help while they settle in, but the idea is that the person who handles variations today keeps doing it, in far less time.

It goes to your trades as a custom change. Two quotes come back, your margin goes on top, and the client sees one price. Custom changes take longer, and the client is told that up front. See how it works

No. They get a link to a page that carries your name. A client who prefers to email still gets the same variation: Ivary watches the inbox you already have and answers in the same thread.

Your data and your clients' data are stored in Australia. Your price book and job details are read, never changed, and nothing reaches a client or a sub without your click. Emails unrelated to variations are not stored, and the AI providers we use do not retain or train on your data. If you have your own security requirements, we will work to them.

It scales with your work: the number of projects on Ivary and the number of variations on them. Your first project runs as a four-week trial at no cost.

Send us your price book in any format, one job's contract details, and the subcontractors on that job with their contact details. We load it all in, you get a login, and every variation on that house runs through Ivary beside your current process.

Tester places are limited, and we set each one up by hand.

As a tester you run one live build for four weeks, beside the way you do it today so you can compare the two. We load your price book and the trades on the job ourselves, which caps how many testers we can take at once. No cost in testing.
